Over 12 weeks, we'll work together to identify what's been driving the cycle: the blood sugar swings, the nutrient depletions, the stress patterns, the habits that formed for good reason and have outlived their usefulness. Then we build something that fits your actual life — not someone else's ideal day.

The goal is simple: to reach the end of 12 weeks feeling better, thinking about food less, and knowing — for the first time — exactly what to do and why it works for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is this another weight loss program?

No — and that's by design. The Cravings Reset focuses on understanding and addressing the root causes of your cravings, improving your energy and symptoms, and helping you build a sustainable relationship with food. If weight shifts as a result of feeling better and eating more consistently, many clients find it does. But that is not the framework we work from.

What if I've already tried everything?

Then you are exactly who this program was built for. Most programs address the symptom (the craving, the habit) without addressing the physical and emotional drivers underneath it. If you've done the work and it hasn't stuck, it's very likely that those underlying drivers haven't been addressed — and that's precisely what we do here.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Your 6 coaching sessions are 60 minutes each, held every other week. In the weeks between, you'll fill out a short check-in form at a time that works for you — no extra calls, no scheduling. I'll respond via email or a personal Loom video so you feel supported without another thing on your calendar. Beyond that, the integration work is designed to fit into your actual life, not add to it.

How is this different from working with a therapist or dietitian?

This program sits at a specific intersection: it's nutritionally informed (I'm a registered nutritionist), deeply personalized, and focused on the full picture of what's driving your cravings — physical, biochemical, and behavioral. It's not therapy, and it's not a diet clinic. It's a coaching experience built around you, designed to give you both understanding and practical tools.

Do I need to be in a specific location to work with you?

All sessions are held virtually, so you can work with me from anywhere. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private space to talk.
