Hi, I'm Natalie Mallia, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and the founder of Women's Wellness Nights.

I created this series because I believe wellness shouldn't feel overwhelming. Every month, we gather to explore one health topic through practical education, meaningful conversation, and a simple make-and-take you can enjoy at home.

My goal is to help women better understand what their bodies are trying to tell them, take one small step toward better health, and connect with a community of women doing the same.
